If anyone has visited the Irvine Civic Center, there is one thing every guest notice. The glass wall. This glass wall protrudes the building with a semi-circle making for a modern, yet elegant design that awes anyone who visits. With all that window comes a lot of heat, and while the Air Conditioning in the building is stellar, one of Irvine’s values is to be environmentally friendly. With our LEED Certified 3M Prestige 70 Film, we were able to cover the 1,738 square feet in windows and block 97% of infrared rays. Not only did this film lower the AC usage in the whole building, but it also blocks out 99% of harmful UV rays.
